This one needs a computer on the same network. Fifteen minutes, and then it behaves like normal satellite channels on your existing remote.
1. Find the receiver's IP address
On the box: Menu → Setup → System → Network → Device Settings. Note the IP, e.g. 192.168.1.30.
2. Open the web interface
On your computer, open http://192.168.1.30 (your own IP). If it asks for a login, the default on most images is user root with no password.
3. Install the IPTV plugin (once)
The simplest route is the E2 IPTV bouquet approach, which needs no plugin at all — skip to step 4. If you prefer a plugin, most OpenATV / OpenPLi images offer XtreamTV or IPTV Player under Menu → Plugins → Download plugins → Extensions.
4. Load your channels as a bouquet
- In the web interface, open Bouquet Editor (or use FTP to
/etc/enigma2/). - Add a new stream bouquet using this URL: your playlist link
- Save, then on the box: Menu → Setup → Service Searching → Reload services, or simply reboot the receiver (green button → Restart).
Your channels now appear in a bouquet next to your satellite ones, and the normal channel up/down buttons work.
5. TV guide
Install EPG Importer from the plugin list, add this XMLTV source: your TV guide link, then run the import once. Set it to run daily at 04:00 so the guide is always current.
6. If channels do not start
- Enigma2 needs the receiver's date and time to be right. A wrong clock breaks HTTPS streams silently. Menu → Setup → System → Time.
- If the box has an old image, try the M3U link rather than the Xtream login — very old Enigma2 builds cannot handle redirects.
- Streams with H.265/HEVC video will not play on older single-tuner boxes. Ask us and we will point you at the H.264 version of the channel.
It still does not work
- "Wrong username or password" — the details are case-sensitive and there is no space at the end. Use the copy button above instead of typing them. Full checklist
- "Maximum connections reached" — someone else is watching. How to fix it
- The picture freezes — start here
- Channels are missing — start here
If none of that helps, run the troubleshooter in your account. It checks your actual subscription first, which is faster than describing the problem to us.
