It worked yesterday and today nothing loads
Updated August 15, 2026
If the app opens but every channel shows a spinner, and nothing changed on your side, your internet provider has probably started blocking the address. This happens periodically in several countries and it is not a fault with your subscription.
Test which it is, in 30 seconds
Turn Wi-Fi off on your phone and open the app on mobile data.
- It works on mobile data → your home provider is blocking the address. Continue below.
- It fails on both → this is not a block. Go back to the login checklist.
Fix 1 — use an alternative address
We publish alternative hostnames that point at the same service. Your subscription page lists every one available to you; enter a different one in place of the server address in your app. Nothing else changes — same username, same password.
Fix 2 — change the DNS on the device
This is the most reliable fix and it costs nothing.
- Android TV / Firestick / Android phone: Settings → Network → your Wi-Fi → *Advanced* / *Modify network* → IP settings Static → set DNS 1 to
1.1.1.1and DNS 2 to8.8.8.8. - On the router (best): your router's admin page → DHCP or Internet settings → DNS servers →
1.1.1.1and8.8.8.8. Every device in the house is fixed at once. - iPhone / iPad: Settings → Wi-Fi → the ⓘ next to your network → Configure DNS → Manual → add
1.1.1.1.
Restart the app afterwards.
Fix 3 — a VPN, as a last resort
A VPN will get around any block, but it also adds latency and often lowers the quality. Try fixes 1 and 2 first. If you do use one, pick a server in a nearby country — a connection routed through another continent will buffer.
