Watching on more than one device

You can set up your subscription on as many devices as you like — the living-room TV, the bedroom, your phone, a laptop. The same username and password work everywhere.

The limit is on how many can play at the same time. Your package allows your device limit.

What this means in practice

• Setting up a fifth device costs nothing and breaks nothing.
• Two people watching different channels at once uses two connections.
• The same person watching the same channel on two screens also uses two.
• An app paused on a channel is still using its connection.

If you regularly run out

Ask us to raise the limit. It is a change to your plan, not a new subscription: same credentials, same devices, same everything — just more at once. The cost is the difference between the two plans for the time you have left.

Do not share your details

We know it is tempting. Two things happen: you get "maximum connections reached" at exactly the wrong moment, and a line seen streaming from four countries at once gets flagged and suspended automatically. If you want to cover a family member, tell us — a second line costs less than the argument.
