How to renew, and what happens if you are late

Renewing

Open your account, press Renew on the subscription, choose how you want to pay, and upload the proof. Once approved, the time is added to your existing line.

Your username and password do not change. Nothing on your TV needs to be touched — the picture simply keeps working.

Renewing early does not waste days

If you renew before the end date, the new period is added on top of the time you still have. You never lose a day by renewing a week early, so there is no reason to wait until the last evening.

If you let it expire

• There is a short grace period after the end date, during which renewing restores everything instantly.
• After that the line is released. Renewing still works, but you may be issued new credentials, which means re-entering them on each device.

Automatic renewal

You can turn on auto-renew on the subscription page. If you also keep a balance in your wallet, the renewal is taken from it automatically on the day and nothing ever expires. Turn it off again at any time — it is one toggle, and we never make you ask.
