Channels are missing from my list

First: refresh the list
Apps cache the channel list and do not always notice when it changes. This costs nothing and fixes most cases.
- IPTV Smarters: Settings → Refresh / Reload Playlist, then close and reopen the app.
- TiviMate: Settings → Playlists → your playlist → Reload playlist.
- Smart TV apps (IBO, Net IPTV, Flix): unplug the TV at the wall for 30 seconds. These apps only re-read the list on a cold start.
They were never there
Your subscription includes a set of channel groups (bouquets). If a whole country or a whole sports package is missing, it is probably not in your package.
- Open My channels in your account to see exactly what is included and to add groups yourself, where your plan allows it.
- If what you want is not offered there, tell us the channel name and we will tell you honestly whether we carry it — and if we do, we will add it to your line.
They were there and disappeared
- Did you renew or change package recently? The list is rebuilt when that happens; refresh the playlist as above.
- Did you change something in "My channels"? Some changes are applied by our supplier rather than instantly. Your subscription page shows "change in progress" while that is happening; it usually completes within a few hours.
- Otherwise, the source moved. Channels get renumbered and renamed constantly. Use the app's search rather than scrolling — the channel is very often still there under a slightly different name (
beIN 1vsbeIN SPORTS 1 HD).
One specific channel is dead
Tell us the exact name as it appears in your list, and roughly when you tried. That is all we need to get it replaced, and it usually takes less than a day. A message that says "sports channels not working" cannot be acted on; "beIN SPORTS 1 HD, black screen since Friday evening" can.
