I paid — when will my subscription start?

Payments here are checked by a person, not by a card processor. That is why the methods are cheap and why nobody is ever asked for card details — but it means there is a short wait.
What happens, and when
- You upload your proof. This is the step people forget: a payment with no proof attached sits unmatched until someone notices it. Upload a screenshot showing the amount, the date and the reference.
- We check it — usually within a few hours, and almost always the same day.
- Your line is created automatically the moment the payment is approved. You get an email with your username, password and server address within seconds of that.
You can see exactly where your order stands at any time on the order page in your account. It updates itself; you do not need to refresh it.
Make it faster
- Pay the exact amount shown, including the odd cents. Those last few cents are how we match your transfer to your order automatically. Rounding them off means a human has to find it by hand.
- Use the reference we give you if the payment method has a reference or message field.
- Upload the proof immediately rather than "later" — it is the single biggest cause of delay.
Method-by-method timing
- Crypto — as soon as the network confirms, usually 10–40 minutes.
- Wise / bank transfer — a few hours to one working day, depending on your bank. Weekends are slower.
- Western Union / MoneyGram / CashPlus — as soon as we can collect and confirm it, normally the same day.
- Wallet balance — instant, no review at all.
If your order still says "waiting for payment" and you *have* paid, the proof did not reach us. Open the order and upload it — that is faster than asking.
