Refunds, and what to do if you are not happy

Try before you buy
There is a free trial. Use it on the device you actually intend to watch on, and check the channels you actually care about, before you pay for anything. That is what it is there for.
If something is broken
Tell us, and give us a chance to fix it. Most problems that feel like "this does not work" are a five-minute fix — a setting, a different address, a connection limit. Open the troubleshooter first; it checks your line and usually answers immediately.
If we cannot fix it
If the service genuinely does not work for you and we cannot put it right, say so plainly in a message. We would rather refund someone than argue with them. Refunds go back the way the money came, which for a bank or money-transfer payment takes a few working days.
We will not refund:
- a subscription that has been used normally for most of its term;
- a problem we were never told about until the period ended;
- an activation fee already paid to a third-party app maker on your behalf — that money has left us.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank. A dispute freezes the account automatically while it is investigated, which means we cannot help you *and* you have no service. A message gets it sorted faster, every single time.
